HR Specialist
Nicole joined Southwest seven years ago as an HR Intern! After graduating from college, she later joined the team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and then moved into an HR Specialist role. Nicole wears many hats including acting as a coach and consultant to leaders, overseeing performance mnagemenet and leading employee engagement strategies. While working at Southwest, Nicole took advantage of Tuition Assistance and earned her MBA from Baldwin Wallace University. Thank you for all you do, Nicole!
