POSITION INFORMATION

Position summary:

• The Clinical Lead responsible for delivering quality patient care and providing excellent customer service. Restores patient's function, alleviates pain, and prevents disabilities by planning and administering medically prescribed therapy.
• Support PMR Leadership and department initiatives
• Assist in completing daily responsibilities

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology program

Required length and type of experience:

• • 5 years of experience in area of clinical specialty
  • 4 years of service at SWG

Required licensure, certification or registry:

• • Current licensure in the state of Ohio, CPR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Below are the duties and responsibilities for this position:

• • Meets the patient's goals and needs and provides quality care by assessing and interpreting evaluations and test results; determining therapy treatment plans in consultation with physicians or by prescription. Administers therapy treatments, completes discharge planning
  • Communicating and enforcing values, policies, and procedures of the department and hospital
  • Support and participate in Process Improvement Initiatives
