MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR - OUTPATIENT GROUPS

Summary

• Hours:
  • Full-time, 12-hour shifts, 3 days a week. 72 hours per pay period (every 2 weeks). Hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00AM-9:00PM.

• Position summary:
  • Responsible for coordination and supervision of the care for all mental health PHP/IOP patients per physician orders and in collaboration with the Multidisciplinary Team.

• Education:
  • Masters’ Degree in Psychology, Social Work or other related field.
• 
  Required length and type of experience:
  • One to two years experience in a mental health treatment setting with experience in facilitating group therapies and individual counseling is preferred.
• 
  Required licensure, certification or registry:
  • Licensed Social Worker (LISW) , Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) required.
