TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST - NURSING

Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead full cycle recruitment efforts for Registered Nurse needs. The incumbent ensures an inclusive philosophy in all of our talent acquisition efforts. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attending job fairs, advertising, and exploring other creative venues to attract top talent. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also manage the screening, interviewing and offer process in a timely manner.

This role requires the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, familiarity with advanced recruitment tactics and an ability to consistently assess and analyze outcomes. 

Training on systems will be provided.  The role will focus on FT and HT night shift RN positions.  Hours will range between 20-40 hours per week with flexible scheduling and pre-approved work from home options.

Minimum Requirements: High school diploma required. Prior recruitment experience required, preferably in a high volume atmosphere.
