Position summary:

The Pre Access Rep 1 position provides exceptional customer service to customers who are calling to schedule, cancel and confirm appointments across the Health Center departments in a fast paced call center environment. This position also pre registers, verifies insurance coverage and provides third party benefit education to customers.
