ACCESS REP I - MIDDLEBURG

Summary

• Hours:
  • Half time, 40 hours every TWO (2) weeks. 11:30AM-8:00PM, no weekends. Flexibility to cover other hours as needed preferred.
  •  
• Position summary:
  • Responsible for correct registration, insurance and benefit verification, financial requirements and functions related to patient intake. Use effective communication, courtesy and professionalism in all interactions. Patient Access Representative completes the registration process and ensures benefits are verified and applied to encounters correctly.  

• Education:
  • High School Graduate
• 
  Required length and type of experience:
  • 3-6 months previous experience in healthcare required.
• 
  Required licensure, certification or registry:
  • Medical Terminology certification preferred.
