• POSITION INFORMATION
  • Position summary:
    • This position is responsible for leading the identification of process improvements to reduce medical/health care errors. Its primary role is to foster a culture of continuous improvement and coordinate the systematic implementation of effective practices designed to reduce error and improve patient outcome and support the activities and projects approved by Leadership.
• MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education:
    • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current licensure by the Ohio State Board of Nursing. May be an AD, Diploma or BSN graduate
  • 
    Required length and type of experience:
    • Prefer 5 years of nursing experience and 2 years of educator/mentorship experience
  • 
    Required licensure, certification or registry:
    • Current RN license to practice in the state of Ohio
