Southwest General Health Center is a 352-bed community hospital located in Middleburg Heights, Ohio. PRE-ACCESS REPRESENTATIVE I

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Pre-Access Rep I position provides exceptional customer service to customers who are calling to schedule, cancel and confirm appointments across the Health Center departments in a fast paced call center environment. This position also pre-registers, verifies insurance coverage and provides third party benefit education to customers.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
High school diploma or GED required.
One (1) year in a healthcare setting strongly preferred but not required.
