TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST – NURSING

HOURS:
Full-Time (Exempt), Monday – Friday, 8:00 A.M. – 4:30 P.M., flex

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead full cycle recruitment and retention efforts, focusing on nursing. The incumbent ensures an inclusive philosophy in all of our talent acquisition efforts. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing and interviewing candidates, managing job requisitions, attending job fairs, ongoing workforce planning, advertising, candidate search via internet and other creative venues, developing comprehensive talent acquisition nursing strategies; as well as, having the ability to forecast the gap between talent needs and the identifiable supply of talent. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also manage the offer process timely and assist with onboarding as needed.  The specialist will work directly with nursing leaders to support talent needs and people strategies.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current licensure by Ohio State Board of Nursing. Bachelor’s degree required.

Required length of experience:
Demonstrated three (3) years full cycle recruitment in a heavy volume industry strongly preferred.  Candidates with experience will be prioritized and considered first.

Required licensure, certification, and/or registry:
Current license by the Ohio State Board of Nursing. 
PHR professional designation preferred.
