  • Position summary:
    • The Pre Access Rep 1 position provides exceptional customer service to customers who are calling to schedule, cancel and confirm appointments across the Health Center departments in a fast paced call center environment. This position also pre registers, verifies insurance coverage and provides third party benefit education to customers.
• MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education:
    • High School diploma or GED required
  • 
    Required length and type of experience:
    • 1 year in a healthcare setting

    Required licensure, certification or registry:
